1. Small-Batch Handcrafting & Dispatch Timeline
All items at AadyaBowtique are 100% handmade in limited micro-batches by our women artisans in West Bengal.
• Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Personalised / Custom Name Orders: Require 2 to 4 days of bespoke hand-embroidery before dispatch.
2. Domestic Delivery Coverage (Pan-India)
We ship across all 28 states and 8 union territories of India through premium courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC.
• West Bengal (Kolkata & Districts): 2 to 3 business days.
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune): 3 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India: 4 to 6 business days.
3. Domestic Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
• FREE Delivery: On all domestic orders of ₹499 or more.
• Standard Shipping: Flat ₹50 applies to orders under ₹499.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across 99% of Indian pincodes at no additional charge.

We proudly export Bengal's handcrafted slow fashion to Indian diaspora families and craft enthusiasts worldwide! We regularly ship to the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, United Arab Emirates (Dubai/Abu Dhabi), Australia, Singapore, Germany, Bangladesh, and over 50 countries.
International Shipping Options:
- International Standard Tracked Air (8–14 Business Days): Flat ₹1,199 (~$14 USD / £11 GBP). Reliable doorstep delivery with live tracking via India Post International Air / DHL eCommerce.
- International Express Courier (4–7 Business Days): Flat ₹2,399 (~$28 USD / £22 GBP). Expedited priority transit via DHL Express or FedEx.
• Customs & Duties: All international shipments are securely declared as handcrafted artisanal goods with valid export documentation. Any local customs duties, taxes, or VAT levied by the destination country's customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Moisture-Proof Export Packaging: International packages are double-wrapped in weather-sealed, tamper-evident protective materials inside our luxury gift boxes so your handmade crochet pieces arrive in flawless, pristine condition.

For international orders, we accept all International Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Wise. (Note: Cash on Delivery is strictly for India only.)

6. Tracking Your Package
