Every accessory from AadyaBowtique is individually handmade by local women artisans in West Bengal. Subtle variations in stitch tension or color hues from batch to batch are not defects; they are the natural hallmark and charm of authentic handmade slow craft.
2. 7-Day Hassle-Free Exchange for Damaged or Defective Items
If your parcel arrives damaged in transit or with any manufacturing flaw (such as a loose clip mechanism), we provide a free replacement / exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please record a short unboxing video or take clear photos and share them with us on WhatsApp at +91 6294207588 or via email at support@aadyabowtique.in.
3. Hygiene Policy for Hair Accessories
Due to strict personal hygiene and hair-care health regulations, worn hair accessories, used scrunchies, and claw clips cannot be returned unless received in a damaged condition.
4. Personalised & Custom Monogram Orders
Items custom-embroidered with names or initials cannot be returned or cancelled once crafting has commenced, as they are bespoke creations tailored exclusively for you.
